Pandemic Response Public Statement

As it is on all of our minds, as President of the Tecumseh Federal Bank and Tecumseh Insurance Center, I want to assure everyone that our management teams are very aware of the COVID-19 threat and feel we are prepared to maintain the operation of our bank and insurance agency and be a stable influence during this unsettling time.

At this time, TFB and TIC are operating under normal operating procedures, but our Business Continuity Plan does include procedures addressing pandemic procedures, and we are prepared to implement them immediately should the need arise. You can feel assured that we will do our best to keep business as close to normal as possible, and that your financial and insurance needs will be met in the most practical and safe environments.

Like you, one of our concerns is for the safety and well-being of our employees, their families, and our facilities. We have taken proactive steps to help ensure the ongoing health of our employees, including educating them about prevention, providing them hygiene-related precautions and requiring sick staff to remain at home.

Although there is plenty of uncertainty today, you can remain confident in Tecumseh Federal Bank and Tecumseh Insurance Center and our ability to continue to serve you. We are prepared to take appropriate action as required by future developments.
